Embark Short-Term Residential Treatment

For over 25 years, Embark Behavioral Health has provided premier mental health services to families like yours across the United States so you can reconnect and find healing. Using proven methods, we offer a wide range of mental health services you can trust, including short-term residential care. We also personalize treatment methods for each individual, because we know everyone has their own personal battle to fight. 

When outpatient therapy is not enough, residential care provides safety and stabilization. Embark provides this care through short-term residential treatment and long term residential treatment.  

Short-term residential treatment is often the best option if outpatient services (intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs or in-home therapy) did not get to the root of the core issues or if a child is unsafe at home. Often, young people will come to us from a recent psychiatric hospitalization; short-term residential care is a great step-down option in that case.

Embark Clinics

When a more intensive program than basic outpatient therapy is needed, or if a child is in need of a ‘step-down’ program once they have completed an inpatient residential program, our clinics are here to help.

We provide two in-clinic treatment options – a partial hospitalization program (PHP), sometimes referred to as a “day treatment program,” and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).

Looking to make a difference and be part of an amazing and growing team? Embark Virtual Services is seeking empathetic and caring therapists who are passionate about healing clients and their families!

This individual provides one on one clinical support to adolescents and young adults in real-time therapeutic work on our virtual platform. Our clients and their families do their important work right in the comfort of their homes.

Our therapists are part mentor, part life coach, part teacher, and part advocate.
