Salary Range:

$70,000 - $80,000 a year - Licensed

$60,000 - $70,000 a year - Associate

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 am - 5 pm) Flexible 

Sign on Bonus: $5,000

Location: 311 N 9th St, Klamath Falls, OR 97601 (On-Site Position)

Responsibilities

  • Limited to an average caseload of 6 to establish strong rapport with clients and families.
  • Maintain compliance with treatment standards through meticulous & timely documentation of notes and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standard requirements.
  • Emphasize your dedication to delivering client-centered care by customizing therapy to meet the needs of individuals, groups, and families.  
  • Foster regular collaboration with the onsite treatment team, clients, and parents to maintain a seamless care environment.
  • Contribute to the achievement of program goals by utilizing assessment tools and meeting outcomes testing and standards. 
  • Oversee the fulfillment of program completion and discharge requirements for all students. 
  • Empowering parents with the necessary tools and strategies to enhance their parenting skills and family dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a related discipline.
  • Oregon Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) OR Registered with the Oregon board as an Associate/Intern, working towards licensure
  • Preferred -Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Preferred - One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Ability to pass a state background check.

  • Paid training program (Mastery) for years one through three of tenure. Salary is increased based on completion of the three modules during this time. Convert to Merit increases after that three year time frame. 4K, 4K and 5K 
  • CEU allowance starting in year two - $1500
  • Paid license fees for new or renewals. 
  • Covered under Embark professional liability insurance for practice at Embark including tail coverage- not external coverage required
  • Monthly cell phone stipend.
