Fulshear is looking for a Clinical Director to join our dynamic team!

 

Salary: $100,000/year

 

Join us at Fulshear as a Clinical Director at our residential treatment center and transitional living program in Needville and Stafford, TX! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Director ready to create joy and heal generations!

 

Fulshear is focused on creating healthy, influential and strong women who know how to take care of themselves, are a force for good in their own lives and the lives of others and have a positive influence over others. To accomplish this, we utilize different types of therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, equine-assisted therapy, family and individual therapy, and more. Using attachment and trauma focused modalities, family systems work, life skills, and identity development; we encourage our young adults to successfully live beyond trauma and attachment wounds. Our location serves women+ 18 to 28 in person at our beautiful 34-acre ranch just outside of the Houston, TX area. 

 

The Clinical Director oversees the Clinical Department and therapeutic work at Fulshear. They sit on the Leadership Team of the program and direct the clinical therapeutic work for all clients and families. 

 

Embark Behavioral Health stands as a beacon of hope and healing, with a network of family behavioral health treatment centers spanning 15 states We offer a full range of services, including residential programs, therapeutic boarding schools, outpatient care, and transitional living options.  

   

We utilize the CASA Developmental Framework to guide our treatment, promoting developmentally healing and strengthening mental and physical health through commitment, acceptance, security, and empathy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Embrace a collaborative team approach with weekly 1:1s, group supervision, and treatment team meetings. 
  • Facilitate training and development of direct reports
  • Lead, facilitate and participate in Multidisciplinary Treatment Team
  • Engage in Family System work
  • Possibility of a small caseload (2 or less)
  • Oversee a small direct report load (6 or less)
  • Maintain client and family satisfaction
  • Ensure client's program completion
  • Provides individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Reports to and collaborates with the Executive Director
  • Available for On Call Crisis weekends or evenings

Qualifications

What do you bring to this position?

  • The ideal candidate will be a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Has 2+ years of clinical management experience
  • 1+ year of marketing experience
  • Is obsessed with high quality client care and has a proven track record of achieving results
  • Highly skilled at teamwork, communication, and collaboration
  • Loves to teach and train
  • Experienced in trauma and attachment modalities
  • Accountable and timely with documentation and project completion deadlines
