Client Access Specialist

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 an hour

This position is fully On-Site

We are seeking passionate people to work directly with families to help them navigate the admissions process and get them the services they need. At Embark you will be part of a team where each staff member is deeply committed to the mission to Create Joy and Heal Generations aiming to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families. All you need is passion to want to help families in crisis we will train you on the rest!

 

Schedule will vary and we have a detailed training and onboarding program where you will have 2 weeks of 1:1 training, 2 weeks of training on the phones. We have a collaborative team environment where you are able to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Help families (over the phone) get admitted to one of Embarks mental health treatment programs.
  • Conduct a initial assessment of their needs
  • Coordinate the admission process.
  • Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help!
  • Become competent in Embark and industry programs.
  • Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce)
  • Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way.
  • Participate in team and weekly meetings.
  • Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health.

Qualifications

  • Experience or education in behavioral health or healthcare industry. 
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature and ability to overcome challenges is required along with exceptional phone skills and teamwork.
  • ​Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
