Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM) Flexible

Sign on bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership Role: Play a pivotal role in the leadership team, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence within the program.

  • Clinical Excellence and Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of clinical integrity by ensuring strict adherence to policies, implementing innovative therapeutic interventions, overseeing clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and championing our unique Embark clinical approach.

  • Expert Team Guidance: Lead and guide the clinical team with authority and compassion, managing the collection of outcome measures, providing expert crisis management support, and ensuring meticulous documentation practices.

  • Collaborative Care Environment: Foster regular collaboration with the onsite treatment team, clients, and parents to maintain a seamless, client-centric care environment that prioritizes holistic well-being.

  • Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain robust systems, processes, and procedures that not only support but elevate operational metrics, working in close partnership with the Executive Director to drive program success.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure unwavering program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.

  • Talent Recruitment and Retention: Play a crucial role in recruiting and retaining top clinical talent, leveraging your expertise to assemble a high-performing team dedicated to our mission of transforming lives.

  • Employee Engagement and Satisfaction: Cultivate and maintain a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction, recognizing that a fulfilled team is essential for delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Continuous Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring continuous growth and excellence across all facets of the clinic.

  • Direct Client Care: Manage a small caseload of 2-3 clients, offering direct therapeutic support and fostering meaningful relationships with adolescents and their families.

  • Generational Healing: Seize the opportunity to foster relationships with young adults and their families, creating joy and facilitating healing across generations.

Qualifications

  • Oregon Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.D) Required
  • 2 years post licensure and ablility to provide clinical supervision
  • Experience working with families and clients.
  • Must have two years experience leading an interdisciplinary team 
  • Two years of experience working with adolescents and teens in a medium to high acuity setting providing individual, group, and family therapy
  • One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
  • Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.

  • Base salary plus MIP Bonus potential
  • Industry leading staff to client ratios 1:2 client ratio - CD does not typically carry a case load but if so, we have set at 2 maximum for normal capacity. 
  • Paid training program (Mastery) for years one through three of tenure. Salary is increased based on completion of the three modules during this time. Convert to Merit increases after that time frame. Increases for Mastery are: 4K, 4K and 5K 
  • CEU allowance starting in year two - $1500
  • Paid license fees for new license or renewals. 
  • Covered under Embark professional liability insurance for practice at Embark including tail coverage- no external coverage required 
  • Monthly cell phone stipend.
  • Training opportunities provided by Embark local and support level clinical staff. 
  • Participation in national leadership conferences with Embark leaders.
