Residential Mentor (Part-Time)

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE

Location: 21051 Warner Center Ln, STE 105 Woodland Hills, CA 91367 (On-site.) 

Schedule: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

• Build trusting relationships with residents, offering guidance and mentorship for personal and social development.
• Help residents set and achieve goals in emotional regulation, independence, and vocational skills.
• Plan and lead group activities that encourage community engagement and skill development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive treatment and support.
• Monitor resident participation in programs, ensuring safety and progress, and provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Document and report on residents' progress and challenges, maintaining detailed records and actively participating in meetings and training sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.  
• We’re looking for a candidate who’s ready to drive success! You must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record eligible for company-paid auto insurance to qualify for this role.
• At least two years of experience in a residential setting, mental health facility, or related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with young adults from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with mental health conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
