Night Watch
Full-Time, On-site
Starting at $18-19 per hour
Join us at Embark at our short-term residential treatment facility in Independence, Missouri where our team of therapists, academic staff, and life coaches offer treatment, guidance, and support to teenagers who are struggling with their mental health. This includes multi-model family system approaches to amplify and solidify healthy change for the individual, as well as with their family.
As a Night Watch staff member, you'll be the comforting, attentive, and supportive presence available to students around-the-clock. Whether it's homesickness, a stomachache, or difficult emotions, you'll offer solace and guidance whenever needed.
If you're a compassionate 'night owl' committed to guiding others toward mental wellness, we invite you to join our team and make a profound impact, even during those tranquil hours of the night.
