Clinical Support Staff

Pay: $23.00- $25.00 an hour (DOE)

Location: 910 E. Hamilton Ave Suite 110 Campbell, California 95008 (On-Site)

Schedule: Part-Time- 20-25 hours per week (potential room for additional hours in future)

Flexible schedule but are looking for support within Monday-Friday from 8:30 am - 7:30 pm, must work one afternoon/evening per week.

• Provide support to the PHP and IOP Program teams, by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and supporting clients in practicing skills that promote emotion regulation.
• Comfort with ages 12 -28 yrs. of age
• Prepare and supply group rooms
• Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed
• Engage in professional and positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staff
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space including supplies, furniture and equipment.
• Performing other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field.
• Experience working with adolescents, teens and young adults ages 12 - 28 yrs. old
• Experience working in a behavioral or mental health setting
• Team player with a growth mindset
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass a state background check
• Microsoft Suite & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
