Join our Greenwood Village PHP/IOP team as an Enrollment Therapist, where you'll build meaningful connections, keep your clinical skills sharp, and touch every aspect of clinic operations! You'll be the welcoming face for families entering our clinic and managing the entire admissions process. Reporting to the Executive Director and sitting on the Leadership Team, you'll represent our programs to parents, referents, and previous providers—making a lasting impact in the lives of those we serve. 

 

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000/year DOE (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PLPC, PLMFT, PLSW)
Location: 5340 S Quebec St, Suite 205N, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (3 days: 8:30 AM - 5 PM; 2 days: 11 AM - 7 PM; Flexibility Available)

Responsibilities

  • Client Intake & Orientation: Conduct intake assessments, oversee admissions, and provide orientation for new clients and their families.
  • Census Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to help teams achieve census goals.
  • Suicide Risk Management: Assess and monitor clients for suicide risk, providing care for those at moderate or high risk.
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination between the national admissions team and local staff, adapting to changes as needed. Attendance to all-team operational and treatment meetings. 
  • Reporting & Planning: Create trend reports for the Executive Director and assist with leadership duties, including resource planning and budget management.
  • Therapeutic Support: Provide individual, family, and group therapy with a minimal caseload (to keep the clinical skills strong!), while supporting multiple staff members.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a qualifying area of study is required
  • 1 - 2 years of prior experience in administering behavioral health assessments and suicide screens such as C-SSRS.
  • Full state licensure in Colorado that authorizes the practice of psychotherapy preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Experience with adolescent treatment, high-acuity clients, IOP/PHP, RTC, sub-acute settings, crisis stabilization or related, preferred. 
  • Associate licensure also considered (PLPC, PLMFT, PLSW)
  • Proficiency in administering 
  • Strong verbal/written communication, organization, and time management
  • Problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent customer service and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
