Location: 3133 W Frye Rd Suite 525, Chandler, AZ 85226 (This position is fully on-site.)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5 am - 1:30pm,

                   Sunday -   Thursday 5:30 am - 2pm
Pay starts at $20 and increases based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for families, providing compassionate support.
  • Conduct initial assessments to understand prospective clients’ needs.
  • Manage the admissions process and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions and ensure compliance.
  • Engage with families over the phone, using empathy and active listening to build rapport.
  • Receiving in-bound calls into the admission contact center.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field strongly preferred.
  • 2–8 years of experience in sales, customer service, admissions, or call center environments is strongly preferred.
  • A background in healthcare, medical sales or retail is a plus!
  • Outstanding phone and communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Strong working knowledge of insurance verification and benefits is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, emotional resilience, and a passion for helping others.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tech-savviness.
