Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments for all new clients entering the program.
  • Manage and oversee admissions to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve census and admissions targets.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions for new clients and their families.
  • Conduct suicide risk assessments and provide care for clients at moderate or high risk.
  • Coordinate efforts between national admissions teams and local therapeutic staff.
  • Supervise and support staff, create admissions trend reports, and assist with leadership and resource planning tasks.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Full state licensure in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience conducting behavioral health assessments.
  • Proficiency in administering suicide screening tools such as the C-SSRS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
