Paralegal - Hybrid

Pay: $28 - $34 Per Hour (DOE)

Location: 3133 W Frye Rd Ste 525, Chandler, AZ 85226 Hybrid-Remote 50%
Schedule: Monday – Friday 20-29 Hours Per Week  

between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm (Flexible Schedule)

We're seeking a strategic Paralegal to serve as our sole in-house legal resource! This flexible, hybrid remote role, based out of Chandler, AZ, works directly with our Vice President of Quality and Compliance to develop and manage our legal processes. You'll have the unique opportunity to build and implement our claims handling system while managing day-to-day legal operations.

• Process Development: Create and implement efficient systems for claims handling and legal operations.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to develop legal frameworks and procedures.
• Legal Research & Documentation: Conduct research, draft/review legal documents, and prepare case summaries and exhibits.
• Case Management: Lead file organization, schedule proceedings, and track case statuses.
• Compliance & Record-Keeping: Ensure legal compliance and maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of an Bachelor’s degree in law studies or a related field. Prior experience as a paralegal in a healthcare organization with 500+ employees is strongly preferred.
• Certification from an accredited paralegal program (e.g., NALA, NFPA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proficient in legal research, drafting, and writing, with a strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and processes.
• Excels in critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly skilled in legal software, Microsoft Office, and document management systems.
• Effectively organizes case files, tracks deadlines, and ensures efficient handling of legal documents.
