ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Pay: $51,000 -$ 54,000 per year

Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. Our staff offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.

  • Maintains knowledge of admission criteria and accurately documents admission criteria for new admissions. 
  • Functions as a member of the Treatment Team to participate in the communication of identified patient goals, interventions, and assessment. 
  • Promotes and maintains professional and effective relationships and communications within the department and with other departments 
  • Is available to assist at other facilities, attend company business meetings and/ or trainings etc. which may involve travel  
  • Assist in establishing standards for procurement of supplies and equipment for the department 
  • Assist the Residential Director in creating and maintaining trainings for residential staff.   

Qualifications

  • Behavioral Health: 2 years (Required)
  • A minimum of 1-year management/supervisor experience.
  • Experience in leading a team
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug scree
  • Able to pass criminal investigation background check
  • Current Drivers license
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build healthy relationships
  • Ability to set and teach positive values
  • Ability to perform CPR and First Aid
  • Ability to safely hold or restrain an upset or combative student
  • Skills in de-escalating agitated students
  • Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to plans accordingly.
