Salary:

$70,000 - $75,000 a year - Associates (PLPC, PLMFT, PLSW) (DOE)

$75,000 - $85,000 a year - Fully Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) (DOE)

Location: 5340 S. Quebec Street, Suite 205 Greenwood Village, CO 80111 (On-site.)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, 10:30 am - 7 pm (2 nights per week) Flexible schedule 

(40 hours a week) 

 

We are looking for a skilled therapist ready to create joy and heal generations! Embark Behavioral Health's IOP/PHP program in Greenwood Village is expanding, and we want you on our team to help in reducing adolescent mental health challenges!

Responsibilities

  • Lead collaborative team efforts through regular meetings, maintaining open communication with families and providing comprehensive support throughout treatment.
  • Create and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans across individual, family, and group therapy sessions, dynamically adapting approaches to optimize client outcomes.
  • Ensure rigorous documentation compliance with state regulations, maintaining confidentiality and managing interactions with relevant government agencies.
  • Manage program completion metrics and discharge planning, conducting thorough reviews with clients and families while adhering to established treatment standards.
  • Drive program effectiveness through outcomes testing, quality standards implementation, and strategic integration of service project initiatives to enhance client engagement and growth.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Provisional Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Psychologist, Provisional Licensed Social Worker, Provisional License Professional Counselor, or equivalent for the State of Colorado
  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences (Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field)
  • Preferred: High-acuity experience (IOP/PHP, Residential, Psychiatric Hospital, Crisis Stabilization) with relational, experiential, and evidence based systemic techniques.
  • Preferred: 1 - 2 years of working experience as an adolescent therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
