Salary Range: (Licensed) $75,000 – $85,000 Per Year

(Associate) $65,000 - $75,000 Per Year

Full-time, Onsite

 

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Therapist to help us drive adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide rates to all-time lows at our Residential Program in Marion, MT. Our ideal candidate has a heart for bringing systemic change in struggling families alongside colleagues who value empathy, trust, service, growth, and meaningful results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small caseload of up to 6 clients.
  • Create and adjust a master treatment plan for each client.
  • Provide weekly individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Document notes for each therapy session in a timely and professional manner.
  • Aid in crisis intervention.
  • Perform assessments of clients and families.
  • Coordinate the transition plan with parents, Treatment Team, referral partners and outside agencies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21+ years of age or older.
  • Must have a current State of Montana Driver’s License.
  • Ability to obtain licensure.
  • Preferred – One year experience with adolescents and families.
  • A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, group, and experiential therapies.
  • A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
