Overnight Behavioral Health Associate  

Hourly Range: $18.00 - 20.00 per hour

Full-Time, On-site position 

Schedule: 9:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.  

Alternating bi-weekly: 4 nights x 11 hours and 3 nights x 11 hours 

Embark on a journey of compassion and support as an Overnight Behavioral Health Associate at Embark Behavioral Health at Marion. In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating a nurturing and secure environment where our clients can thrive. Utilizing our proven therapeutic approach, you'll guide teenagers in developing essential coping skills and enhancing their abilities in daily living tasks. 

As an Overnight Behavioral Health Associate, you'll be the comforting, attentive, and supportive presence available to clients around-the-clock. Whether it's homesickness, a stomachache, or difficult emotions, you'll offer solace and guidance whenever needed.

• Ensure Client and Campus Safety 

• Provide overnight supervision of client emotional and physical safety 
• Attend to the overnight security of the campus 
• Encourage client engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs), chores, and coping skill applications 
• Provide early intervention ahead of and during emotional and behavioral crises  
• Maintain personal and professional boundaries  

• Attend to Nightly Upkeep of Facilities and Administrative Tasks 

• Perform regular cleaning duties to support a clean and sanitized environment for client use, growth, and well-being 
• Complete nightly documentation charts of client progress and supervision 
• Routinely upload client paperwork into program databases 

• Align and Operate within the Treatment Team’s Approach for Each Client 

• Attend to Treatment Team direction for updates on client treatment protocol application 
• Communicate and collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and clinicians regarding client issues and notable progress 

• Grow and Develop with the Residential Team! 

• Practice a growth mindset with focus and application of the company core values 
• Integrate specialized trainings
• Enjoy and contribute to ongoing professional development and growth

• Must be 21+ years of age or older  
• High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D is required; associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field a plus, but not a requirement! 
• Ability to perform regular janitorial duties in multiple program buildings overnight; previous experience a plus, but not a requirement! 
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen in concordance with Montana state laws 
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks 
• Current Montana driver's license or ability to obtain a Montana driver’s license upon hire 
• Ability to perform CPR and First Aid 
• Ability to apply provided training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention with an upset or combative client  
• Preferred - one year of experience working with adolescent populations and experience working overnight 

• Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to program or daily adjustments
