Salary:

$70,000 - $75,000 a year - Associates (PLPC, PLMFT, PLSW) (DOE)

$75,000 - $85,000 a year - Fully Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) (DOE)

Location: 5340 S. Quebec Street, Suite 205 Greenwood Village, CO 80111 (On-site.)

Schedule: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 am- 7:30 pm (some evening hours required) (40 hours a week) 

 

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and young adults struggling with OCD and other mental health challenges? Embark Behavioral Health is expanding its Greenwood Village location with a dedicated OCD treatment program, offering a rare opportunity to be part of one of only two specialized OCD programs in the Greater Denver area.

 

In this role, you’ll provide expert care using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), ACT, TF-CBT, DBT, and more while also working with clients in our general mental health IOP/PHP programs, helping adolescents and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and general mental health with our PHP/IOP programs.

  • Lead collaborative team efforts through regular meetings and supervision while maintaining open communication with families, providing coaching and support throughout the treatment process.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans through family, group, and individual therapy sessions, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations regarding confidentiality, reporting requirements, and interactions with government agencies.
  • Oversee program completion metrics, develop thorough discharge plans, and review these plans with clients and their families while meeting established treatment standards.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Fully licensed in Colorado (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) or provisionally licensed (PLPC, PLMFT, PLSW).

  • 1-2 years of experience working as a therapist in IOP/PHP, residential, psychiatric hospital, or crisis stabilization settings preferred.
  • Experience with ERP and OCD treatment is required.
  • Familiarity with clinical diagnostic and assessment tools to track client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
