Join Embark’s Stabilization and Assessment Program in breathtaking Hurricane, Utah—just minutes from Zion National Park. Our program offers a unique blend of clinical excellence and heartfelt connection in a residential setting that feels like home.
We specialize in helping highly acute adolescent boys (ages 12–17) and their families through short-term stabilization and in-depth assessment. Here, you'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on healing, discovery, and generational change.
Hold a small caseload (no more than 6 clients) to ensure meaningful therapeutic relationships.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (DBT, TF-CBT, ACT, Smart Recovery, Seeking Safety).
Deliver client-centered, culturally competent care tailored to individual needs.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—psychiatrists, nurses, educators, and more.
Maintain timely, compliant documentation aligned with treatment plans and program outcomes.
Guide clients through a successful discharge process and facilitate impactful aftercare planning.
Be a trusted presence in the lives of adolescents—bringing compassion, fun, and connection to the therapeutic journey.
Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline required.
Preferred: Fully licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC).
Acceptable: Associate-level (CSW, AMFT, ACMHC).
Preferred: 1–2 years in residential or youth treatment, and experience with systemic, relational, or experiential modalities.
Must have or be willing to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI number.
Ability to pass a state background check.
