Schedule: Overnight Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7PM - 7AM | Full-Time

If so, Embark at Springville invites you to join our mission-driven team as a Night Watch Supervisor, a vital role in our trauma-informed, residential treatment program for adolescent girls.

 

Nestled in the serene beauty of Hobble Creek Canyon, Embark at Springville is more than a treatment center—we’re a healing community. We specialize in helping girls ages 12–17 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our approach is family-centered, evidence-based, and deeply relational.

Responsibilities

Ensure Safety & Support

  • Provide overnight supervision and emotional support to clients
  • Monitor campus security and respond to any concerns
  • Offer early intervention during emotional or behavioral escalations
  • Encourage healthy routines and coping skills

Maintain a Healing Environment

  • Complete light cleaning and upkeep to ensure a safe, welcoming space
  • Document client progress and overnight observations
  • Upload and manage client records in our secure database

Lead a Purpose-Driven Team

  • Oversee, train and develop a night staff of 3-5 mentors
  • Follow treatment plans developed by our clinical team
  • Communicate effectively with therapists, nurses, and fellow staff
  • Uphold professional boundaries and model healthy behavior

Qualifications

  • 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a Utah State background check
  • Willing to commit to a minimum of 8 months
  • Obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before your first shift
  • Strong communication, organization, and crisis management skills
  • Experience in behavioral health and youth mentorship strongly preferred
  • 2 years experience working in a Residential Treatment Center and/or 1 year of leadership experience REQUIRED for this role
  • Ability to lead by example and remain calm under pressure
