Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 a year
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | Leadership Role

If so, Embark at Springville invites you to step into a pivotal role as our Nursing Manager—where healing meets heart, and leadership meets legacy.

 

Located in the breathtaking Wasatch Mountain Range in Hobble Creek Canyon, Embark at Springville is a short-term residential treatment center for adolescent girls ages 12–17. We specialize in trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, and evidence-based interventions that support deep, lasting change.

Our students live in a warm, family-style residence where community, connection, and healing are at the core. As Nursing Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team of nurses and medical assistants, ensuring exceptional care and continuity across our clinical and residential programs.

Responsibilities

Lead with Vision & Integrity

  • Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate a high-performing nursing team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, empathy, and clinical excellence

Champion Safety & Clinical Quality

  • Oversee medication administration, infection control, and health assessments
  • Respond to student health concerns with compassion and clinical precision
  • Monitor mood, behavior, and medication effects, ensuring timely documentation

Collaborate Across Disciplines

  • Participate in weekly treatment team meetings
  • Coordinate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and residential staff
  • Manage the psychiatrist’s schedule and ensure seamless communication

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Manage the nursing budget and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness standards
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Active RN license in the state of Utah
  • 5+ years of nursing experience, including 3+ years in psychiatric/mental health
  • 1+ year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
  • CAQH profile and NPI number (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and crisis management skills
  • A heart for adolescents and a commitment to trauma-informed care
