Coordinate weekly academic services and facilitate individualized academic plans in collaboration with students, families, and home schools.
Provide daily academic support, including individual instruction and executive functioning coaching, to help clients meet their educational goals.
Monitor and maintain complete student records, oversee academic testing, and support the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans.
Collaborate with clinical, residential, and academic teams to align educational plans with therapeutic goals and improve program effectiveness.
Lead or support social-emotional learning groups and communicate observed behaviors to the broader treatment team.
Ensure timely communication with parents, schools, and internal teams, and provide all academic documentation within three days of student discharge.
Assist the Academic Director with administrative tasks and collaborate with the Program Director on classroom resources, technology, and future academic budget planning.
