Salary range: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year DOE

This dynamic role blends academic planning, administrative coordination, and direct student engagement; ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in teaching, curriculum support, and organizational leadership. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate weekly academic services and facilitate individualized academic plans in collaboration with students, families, and home schools.

  • Provide daily academic support, including individual instruction and executive functioning coaching, to help clients meet their educational goals.

  • Monitor and maintain complete student records, oversee academic testing, and support the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans.

  • Collaborate with clinical, residential, and academic teams to align educational plans with therapeutic goals and improve program effectiveness.

  • Lead or support social-emotional learning groups and communicate observed behaviors to the broader treatment team.

  • Ensure timely communication with parents, schools, and internal teams, and provide all academic documentation within three days of student discharge.

  • Assist the Academic Director with administrative tasks and collaborate with the Program Director on classroom resources, technology, and future academic budget planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related teaching field required.
  • Direct classroom teaching experience, background in Special Education is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in writing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in therapeutic or behavioral settings is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
