Shift Availability:

 

Weekday Shifts:

  • Monday – Thursday: 5 pm – 12 am (28 hours per week)
  • Monday – Thursday: 12 am – 7 am (28 hours per week)
  • Monday – Friday: 5 am – 7 am & on-call (min of 10 hours per week and up to 29 hours)
  • Monday – Friday: 5 pm – 7 pm & on-call (min of 10 hours per week and up to 29 hours)

Weekend Shifts:

  • Saturday & Sunday 7 am - 5pm & on-call (min of 20 hours per week and up to 29 hours)
  • Friday – Sunday: 5 pm – 12 am & on-call (min of 21 hours per week and up to 29 hours)
  • Friday – Sunday: 12 am – 7 am & on-call (min of 21 hour per week and up to 29 hours)

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Overnight Admissions Coordinator serve as the first point of contact for families calling after hours, support families through the admissions process and connect them to life-changing treatment. Responsibilities

  • Be available to take on at least one on-call shift within part - time hours (29 hours) as needed.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of a lead and its care responsibilities from after-hours/on-call shifts to daytime Admissions Coordinators and relevant internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for families, providing compassionate support.
  • Conduct initial assessments to understand prospective clients’ needs.
  • Manage the admissions process and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions and ensure compliance.
  • Engage with families over the phone, using empathy and active listening to build rapport.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in providing families with the information and solutions they need to establish care with Embark, ensuring their needs are met and barriers to care are addressed effectively.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Experience in Behavioral Health or Medical Healthcare Settings.
  • Preferred: 2 - 5 years of experience in admissions, call center, sales or customer service.
  • Experience with crisis de-escalation is a plus!
  • Proficient in utilizing technology and operational systems to support sales processes and client management
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
