At Embark Behavioral Health, we’re driven by a single, powerful mission—to lead the way in helping adolescents overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our newest Adolescent Residential Treatment Center in Greeley, just outside Denver, is hiring a Maintenance Manager to help create and maintain a safe, welcoming space for healing and growth.

 

In our residential program, teens live in a supportive, safe environment where strong relationships and daily structure are key to the therapeutic process. Your role is essential in keeping that environment safe, functional, and beautiful.

Responsibilities

As the Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks to support the upkeep and safety of the facility, including:

  • Performing general maintenance across buildings and grounds

  • Handling minor plumbing and electrical repairs

  • Conducting routine carpentry tasks

  • Using hand and power tools to maintain property landscaping

  • Collecting and disposing of daily garbage

  • Operating and maintain fleet of vehicles (valid driver’s license required)

  • Cleaning and organizing the maintenance work areas

Qualifications

  • Age: 21+ years of age or older
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. 
  • Skills: Basic repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred, will provide training 
  • Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Colorado state laws.
