  1. Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Arizona Time)

  2. Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Arizona Time)

At Embark Behavioral Health, we’re on a mission to help families heal—and we’re looking for a high-performing Admissions Coordinator with strong sales skills to join our growing, remote team. This is your chance to combine empathy with persuasion to help families navigate the life-changing decision to seek treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial sales touchpoint, converting inbound leads into clients through persuasive, empathetic communication.

  • Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and present Embark’s treatment options as tailored solutions.

  • Drive conversion by proactively following up with leads and managing the full admissions pipeline—from inquiry to intake.

  • Use CRM software (Salesforce) to track sales activity, ensure lead follow-up, and maintain pipeline integrity.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, insurance, intake) to ensure a seamless, high-converting client journey.

  • Address objections and overcome barriers to care using strategic problem-solving and sales techniques.

  • Exceed daily/weekly KPIs for calls, follow-ups, and conversions—your success directly impacts lives and revenue.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, call center, or admissions role (bonus if in healthcare, SaaS, or medical sales).

  • Proven phone sales and relationship-building skills—empathetic yet persuasive.

  • Comfort handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and urgency.

  • Experience working in a remote, quota-driven environment is a plus.

  • High school diploma or G.E.D required; associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice, or related field preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of insurance benefits and verification is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and general tech tools; fast learner.
