Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, clinically strong Assistant Clinical Director to help lead our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) clinic in Livingston, NJ. In this dual leadership and clinical role, you’ll support the Clinical Director by mentoring staff, ensuring high-quality care, and carrying a manageable caseload, all within a collaborative, trauma-informed environment.
Clinical Leadership & Supervision
Partner with the Clinical Director to ensure excellence in client care and staff performance.
Provide reflective supervision and coaching to therapists and case managers.
Offer clinical supervision hours for LSWs, LACs, or equivalent pre-licensed staff.
Direct Clinical Services
Provide strengths-based individual, group, and family therapy rooted in DBT, CBT, and trauma-informed care.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and treatment planning.
Support wraparound care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Program Development & Quality Assurance
NJ licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) required.
Active NPI number and CAQH profile.
CPR/First Aid certification.
Experience in youth mental health, family systems, and trauma work.
Strong leadership skills and a growth mindset.
