Are you a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) with a passion for clinical leadership, training, and innovation? Do you thrive in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment where your work directly improves lives?
At Embark Behavioral Health, we’re on a mission to reverse the trends of adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide. As a national leader in behavioral health, we offer a full continuum of care through our premier therapeutic programs—and we’re looking for a Director of Clinical Integration & Training to help us elevate our clinical excellence across the country.
This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to shape the future of mental health care. You’ll design and implement cutting-edge training programs, lead clinical integration across multiple sites, and ensure our teams are equipped to deliver the highest standard of care.
You’ll work closely with clinical directors, therapists, and executive leadership to build a robust CEU platform, align therapeutic programming with evidence-based practices, and support professional development across our national network.
Training Program Leadership: Design and deliver engaging, evidence-based training programs for clinical teams, including the development of high-quality curricula and a CEU platform offering at least 3 accredited courses per quarter. Lead APA accreditation efforts and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
Clinical Integration Strategy: Develop and implement organization-wide clinical integration strategies that align practices across all sites. Conduct biannual audits to ensure compliance with MCO requirements and clinical best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between clinical, operations, and compliance teams. Mentor staff, support professional development, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, hospitals, and community organizations to support talent pipelines, training opportunities, and referral networks.
Data-Driven Improvement: Use performance metrics and feedback to evaluate training effectiveness, improve knowledge retention, and reduce integration-related errors by 90% annually. Maintain monthly progress reviews to track success.
Project & Change Management: Lead multiple training and integration initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and smooth adoption of new processes across teams.
Communication & Presentation: Develop training materials, deliver impactful presentations, and represent Embark at industry conferences and workshops to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
Behavioral Health Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of youth and young adult behavioral health, including crisis response training, risk management, and the use of clinical and learning management systems to support operational excellence.
