Location: 1031 Old Cassatt Rd, Suite 100, Berwyn PA 19312
Hours: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, 2 - 3 days per week
Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour

Embark Behavioral Health’s Outpatient (OP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Contracted Therapist to join our mission-driven team. Mastery of Evidence-Based Practices - Apply proven therapeutic modalities to support adolescents and families, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Your clinical expertise will be a cornerstone of our healing mission.
Client-Centered Care - Deliver personalized therapy that meets each client where they are. You’ll tailor interventions to individual needs, fostering trust and meaningful progress.
Lead Transformative Group Therapy - Facilitate dynamic group sessions that go beyond conversation; drive real therapeutic breakthroughs and build community among participants.
Culturally Responsive Practice - Work effectively with diverse populations, honoring cultural backgrounds and identities while providing inclusive, respectful care.
Collaborative, Integrated Care - Partner with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, physicians, and other specialists—to ensure holistic support and continuity of care for every client.
