Location: 1031 Old Cassatt Rd, Suite 100, Berwyn PA 19312

Hours: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, 2 - 3 days per week

Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour

Embark Behavioral Health’s Outpatient (OP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Contracted Therapist to join our mission-driven team. Responsibilities

  • Mastery of Evidence-Based Practices - Apply proven therapeutic modalities to support adolescents and families, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Your clinical expertise will be a cornerstone of our healing mission.

  • Client-Centered Care - Deliver personalized therapy that meets each client where they are. You’ll tailor interventions to individual needs, fostering trust and meaningful progress.

  • Lead Transformative Group Therapy - Facilitate dynamic group sessions that go beyond conversation; drive real therapeutic breakthroughs and build community among participants.

  • Culturally Responsive Practice - Work effectively with diverse populations, honoring cultural backgrounds and identities while providing inclusive, respectful care.

  • Collaborative, Integrated Care - Partner with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, physicians, and other specialists—to ensure holistic support and continuity of care for every client.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, including Social Work (MSW), Clinical Social Work (CSW), Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a related discipline.
  • Preferred: Clinical Licensure in the State of PA.
  • Preferred: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Preferred: Experience in an outpatient (IOP/PHP) setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
  • Preferred: Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Preferred: One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
  • A genuine passion for counseling teens and young adults.
  • Strong clinical skills and a steadfast commitment to evidence-based practices.
  • Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
