Postion: Contracted Therapist

Location: 1031 Old Cassatt Rd, Suite 100, Berwyn PA 19312

Hours: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Evidence-Based Practices: Emphasize your knowledge and experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
  • Client-Centered Approach: Stress your commitment to providing client-centered care, tailoring therapy to meet individual needs.
  • Drive the Threapeutic Process: Conduct Group Therapy sessions with a focus on driving therapeutic progress.
  • Cultural Competence: Highlighting the ability to work with a diverse population and understanding cultural nuances is crucial.
  • Collaborative Care: Express a willingness to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, psychiatrists, and other specialists.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, including Social Work (MSW), Clinical Social Work (CSW), Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a related discipline.
  • Preferred: Clinical Licensure in the State of PA.
  • Preferred: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Preferred: Experience in an outpatient (IOP/PHP) setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
  • Preferred: Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Preferred: One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
  • A genuine passion for counseling teens and young adults.
  • Strong clinical skills and a steadfast commitment to evidence-based practices.
  • Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
