Full-Time | Leadership Role | Therapeutic Residential Program

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 a year (DOE)

Sign-On Bonus! $2,500

 

We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee Residential Life and Experiential Education in a therapeutic setting for adolescents. As the Residential Operations Director, you’ll direct residential programs, manage dorm life, recreation, and student services, while collaborating with Admissions, Academic, Clinical, and Medical teams to ensure coordinated care.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the strategic direction of residential operations across campuses.
  • Supervise and mentor residential and experiential education managers.
  • Oversee individualized student development plans and family communications.
  • Lead interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
  • Provide training on therapeutic milieu practices and policy adherence.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Manage departmental payroll and leave documentation.
  • Drive program development and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, or related field (strongly preferred).
  • 8+ years working with adolescents in therapeutic settings.
  • Experience in residential programs with 50+ beds.
  • Experience as an operations program director in a residential setting, preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in client care and team development.
