Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with two evenings/week (12 PM–8 PM)
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Salary

  • Associate Licensed Clinicians: $65,000 – $75,000/year (DOE)
  • Fully Licensed Clinicians: $75,000 – $85,000/year (DOE)

Responsibilities

  • Provide inclusive, affirming, and culturally competent care for LGBTQIA+ youth and families.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans centered on client needs.
  • Provide parent coaching and maintain consistent family communication.
  • Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with state regulations.
  • Collaborate on discharge planning and outcome tracking.
  • Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Eligibility for licensure in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Resident in Marriage and Family Therapist, Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work.

Preferred:

  • Fully licensed in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • 1+ year of clinical experience in an IOP/PHP or outpatient setting.
  • Experience with adolescents and families using relational and systemic approaches.
  • Familiarity with clinical assessments and outcome-based treatment planning.
  • Willingness to establish a CAQH profile and obtain an NPI.
