Schedule: Monday - Thursday (11AM PST - 7PM PST / 2PM - 10PM EST) Flexible hours on Fridays

Embark Behavioral Health’s Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a dedicated IOP Coordinator to join our team. This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to bring joy, support healing, and be part of a movement aimed at lowering adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide rates.

Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination: Support program operations during designated hours, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and team members.
  • Client Attendance and Engagement: Verify attendance, address any client non-engagement, and provide compassionate support to clients.
  • Family Communication: Engage with both clients and their parents to build positive, supportive relationships and maintain open lines of communication.

Qualifications

  • Background working with adolescents, teens, and young adults (ages 12–28) in a behavioral or mental health setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Associate clinicians are encouraged to apply.
