We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Mainteance worker for our Short-Term Residential Program located in Benton, Tennessee.

Pay rate: $18.50 per hr. to $22.00 per hr. Based on relevant experience.

Job Summary
Maintenance workers ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of all facility buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role is responsible for performing and coordinating routine maintenance through a ticket system, responding to repair needs, and supporting a therapeutic environment that meets regulatory and safety standards.
This role is responsible for reducing the risks of liability on campus, overseeing all maintenance and repairs of physical facilities and grounds including routine maintenance, completing, and/or scheduling all facility maintenance repairs as needed. Caretaker of all campus grounds including landscaping and snow removal needs. Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of campus grounds and facilities. Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards across the campus. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. Maintain clear documentation of inspections, repairs, and safety checks as well as a comprehensive MSDS list of all required substances and assists in emergency situations such as power outages, water leaks, or fire alarms and communicate effectively regarding disruptions and needs related to such events.
Qualifications
This position includes both indoor and outdoor work. This may require working outdoors in various temperatures, wind, rain, or snow.
