Starting Salary: $50,000 

Schedule - Monday -Friday 8 am to 4 pm AZ time

At Embark Behavioral Health, we’re on a mission to help families heal—and we’re looking for a high-performing Admissions Counselor with strong sales skills to join our growing team. This is your chance to combine empathy with persuasion to help families navigate the life-changing decision to seek treatment.

• Help families (over the phone) get admitted to one of Embarks mental health treatment programs.
• Conduct a initial assessment of their needs.
• Coordinate the admission process.
• Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help!
• Become competent in Embark and industry programs.
• Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce).
• Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way.
• Participate in team and weekly meetings.
• Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health

• Experience working in behavioral health admission highly desirable.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature and ability to overcome challenges is required along with exceptional phone skills and team work.
• ​Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bi lingual - Spanish to English desired.
