  • Use CRM software (Salesforce) to track sales activity, ensure lead follow-up, and maintain pipeline integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, insurance, intake) to ensure a seamless, high-converting client journey.
  • Address objections and overcome barriers to care using strategic problem-solving and sales techniques.
  • Exceed daily/weekly KPIs for calls, follow-ups, and conversions—your success directly impacts lives and revenue.

  • Proven phone sales and relationship-building skills—empathetic yet persuasive.
  • Comfort handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and urgency.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D required; associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice, or related field preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of insurance benefits and verification is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and general tech tools; fast learner.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.
  • Paid Parental Leave – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.
