Salary Range: $70,000-$76,000 per year (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

As the Assistant Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a resilient, high-performing Residential team at Embark San Martin, aligning daily operations. As a key member of the Residential Management Team, this leader ensures policy adherence, facilitates impactful staff trainings, and provides direct supervision to Residential Supervisors and Facility Managers. This role calls for a proactive approach to staff development, emotional regulation, and team culture. Fostering an environment where both adolescents and staff can thrive.
Uphold regulatory compliance by ensuring the facility meets all licensing standards, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
Guide individualized treatment planning by coordinating with external providers and ensuring integrated care for each resident.
Lead program development efforts, including curriculum design, troubleshooting, and strategic planning to enhance residential services.
Supervise Facility Managers with a focus on mentorship, accountability, and fostering a culture of emotional regulation and professional growth.
Provide hands-on support to residential staff through direct care coverage, modeling best practices, and reinforcing trauma-informed approaches.
Champion continuous improvement by participating in program evaluations and implementing quality initiatives that elevate care outcomes.
Collaborate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes to build a resilient, well-boundaried team aligned with Embark’s mission.
Maintain consistent administrative oversight, including documentation, outcome tracking, and active participation in team meetings and reporting.
Partner with the Program Director and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for youth, families, and community engagement.
