Pay: $90,000 - $105,000 per year (DOE)

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM, 2 evening shifts (12 PM – 8 PM) per week required

We’re seeking a Clinical Director who thrives on leading with purpose to lead the clinical team at our OP/IOP/PHP clinic in Ashburn, VA. In this role, you’ll provide clinical leadership, mentor and develop therapists, and ensure the highest standards of care across our programs. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a supportive, growth-oriented environment that empowers both clients and clinicians.

Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Manage all aspects of the clinical department, including quality assurance, staff and program scheduling, and leading multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings. Serve on Ashburn leadership team to shape and implement priorities in collaboration with Clinic Director and other clinic leaders.
  • Therapist Development: Lead and mentor a team of therapists, fostering their professional growth through training, supervision, and ongoing support. Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment. Provide supervision for licensure. Manage internship program.
  • Outcome Management: Monitor and analyze program outcomes to drive continuous improvement, ensuring that our adolescents achieve their therapeutic goals and experience positive, transformative results.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent in the state of Virginia required.  Full Licensure in Maryland and DC a plus. 
    • Candidates must be prepared to establish (or already have) a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.
  • Education: Minimum master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a related discipline.
  • Required: Authorized to provide clinical supervision in the state where the clinic is located by the appropriate state licensing agency or eligible with completion of training within six months of employment. 
  • Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of managing others.
  • Strong understanding of clinical best practices, therapeutic modalities, and outcomes measurement.
