As a Mental Health Life Coach, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support young males ages 12-17 in their journey for improved mental health and well-being. This role involves significant physical activity. Every day, you will participate and guide teens in experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and a variety of other on- and off-campus activities. Given the physical nature of these tasks, we encourage candidates who feel comfortable with the demands of the role to apply. To thrive at Embark, you must have an empathetic heart and maintain personal and professional boundaries with teens.
