Embark Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Mental Health Therapist to help us drive adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide rates to all-time lows at our Residential program in Greeley, CO. Our ideal candidate has a heart for bringing about systemic change in struggling families alongside colleagues who value empathy, trust, service, growth, and meaningful results.

You bring

  • Experience as a therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • A passion for counseling teens and young adults struggling with mental health issues
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices
  • Ability to incorporate clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Flexibility to support the different levels of our clients behavioral health care needs

Qualifications

  • MFTC or LPCC: Active License in the state of CO recommended but not required.
  • Education: Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
  • Age: 21+ years of age or older
  • Skills: Assessment skills and a growth mindset with a focus on Embarks core values.
  • Experience: Min of 2 year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferred
  • Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Colorado state laws.
