Location: 1445 Research Blvd, Rockville, MD 20850 (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (Occasionally early morning presence and early evening presence.)
Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 annually

 

Embark Behavioral Health’s Rockville Outpatient Clinic is seeking a Licensed Assistant Clinical Director to join our mission-driven team reducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression, and suicide. This leadership role supports our OP, IOP, and PHP programs, ensuring clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee treatment planning, progress monitoring, and aftercare coordination.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and crisis interventions.

  • Collaborate with the Clinic Director on daily operations and staff supervision.

  • Ensure compliance with documentation, licensure, and regulatory standards.

  • Mentor clinicians and contribute to training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Fully licensed in Maryland (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, PhD).
  • Expertise in trauma-informed care and multi-modal approaches.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
  • Ability to maintain boundaries and foster trusting relationships.
