Full-Time, In Person

Lead With Heart. Shape Care. Change Lives.

Are you a purpose‑driven clinical leader who believes exceptional mental health care can change the trajectory of young lives?

Embark Behavioral Health is looking for a Clinical Director to lead our OP/IOP/PHP programs in Ashburn, VA, and help turn our mission of service into reality—one client, one family, and one clinician at a time.

Why This Role Matters

As Clinical Director, you won’t just oversee programs—you’ll shape clinical culture, develop future leaders, and ensure the highest standards of care for teens, young adults, and families who need it most. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines clinical excellence with compassion, vision, and the ability to inspire others.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment where empathy, service, trust, and meaningful outcomes guide every decision.

Who You Are

  • A clinically licensed mental health clinician with strong leadership experience
  • Passionate about working with teens, young adults, and families
  • Skilled at balancing clinical integrity, team development, and changing priorities
  • A thoughtful leader who leads with empathy, clarity, and purpose
  • Driven to make a measurable impact—not just manage a program

Why Embark

At Embark, you’ll join a mission‑driven organization that believes great care starts with great clinicians. We invest deeply in our people, create space for growth, and align around meaningful results—for clients and for staff.

We’re on a bold mission: to drive teen and young adult anxiety, depression, and suicide from today’s all‑time highs to all‑time lows by 2028. If you’re ready to lead with compassion, shape the future of mental health care, and be part of a mission that truly matters, we’d love to meet you.
