Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 

Bonus: Executive bonus structure potential

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 9:00am - 5:00pm

Location: 266 Left Fork Hobble Creek Canyon Road, Springville, UT 84663 (On-site)

Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. Our staff offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.

Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

  • Lead and oversee all clinical services to ensure effective, evidence‑based treatment for adolescents in residential care.
  • Provide clinical supervision or coaching to a small team of 3 Therapists.
  • Lead and participate in weekly interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Partner with the Executive Director to ensure excellence in client care and staff performance. 

Direct Clinical Services

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy rooted in DBT, CBT, and trauma-informed care.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and treatment planning.

  • Support wraparound care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Program Development & Quality Assurance

  • Assist with ongoing program innovation and improvement.
  • Monitor outcome metrics and ensure alignment with Embarks clinical model.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications we look for:
    • Fully Licensed: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) & Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
    • Associate Licensed: (Close to full licensure): Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) & Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC).  
    • Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or a related discipline.
    • Experience with medium to high acuity population in a inpatient, residential, and or IOP/PHP setting.
    • One year of experience with supervisory experience and/or building and leading a team of therapists.
    • Two years of working experience as a therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Characteristics we look for:
    • A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
    • A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.
    • Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.
    • Ability to pass a state background check

  • Base salary plus MIP Bonus potential
  • Paid training program for years one through three of tenure. Salary is increased based on completion of the three modules during this time. Convert to Merit increases after that time frame.
