Location: 3133 W Frye Rd, Chandler AZ, 85226, Suite 525 (On-site)

Schedule: 20-25 hours per week, Part-time

  • Monday - Thursday
    • 9:00am - 3:00pm 
    • Flexible to changing needs of the office

 

Play a part in the future of adolescent & young adult mental health care at our Support Office in Chandler! As our Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of our support team, providing crucial administrative and office management support while helping to create joy and heal generations as a part of our team!

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and help them navigate through the office
  • Maintain kitchen area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis including all kitchen equipment and copy machines
  • Perform various administrative/secretarial work for department leaders
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain inventory of snack and beverage supplies and restock twice per week
  • Maintain relationship and communicate with building management on various items such as repairs, badge orders, etc.
  • Take part in culture committee to facilitate office events and promote employee wellness
  • Manage daily updates and announcements on TV display in the common area

Qualifications

  • Communication skills with a desire to connect with employees, visitors, and building staff
  • Phone etiquette skills and confident in speaking with cross-functional staff, leadership, and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks independently 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Canva experience preferred. 
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
