The Compliance Officer will lead Embark’s continued efforts in designing and deploying the behavioral health system's approach to quality and safety across the continuum of care. As an executive, this leader will also be key to capacity-building t during the organization’s expansion efforts while advancing the quality and safety of clinical care delivery across the entire enterprise.

Lead Organizational Compliance
Healthcare compliance certifications such as CHC (highly valued)
3–5+ years of healthcare compliance or regulatory experience; behavioral health preferred
Strong working knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, privacy laws, fraud and abuse regulations, and compliance program management
Experience creating, implementing, and auditing compliance programs
Excellent analytical, ethical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly explain complex regulations to non‑legal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; familiarity with EHR systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
