If so, Embark Behavioral Health invites you to join our team as an Overnight Admissions Coordinator and help families find hope and healing.

 

As a key member of our Admissions team, you'll serve as the first point of contact for families seeking behavioral health treatment during after-hours, providing empathetic support and guiding them through their first steps toward care.

Responsibilities

  • Be available to take at least one on-call overnight shift per week within part-time hours (29 Hours).

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for families calling after hours, offering compassionate, clear communication and guidance.

  • Conduct initial phone assessments to understand the needs of potential clients and their families.

  • Use active listening and empathy to build rapport and help families feel supported.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.

  • Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce CRM, maintaining compliance and detailed records.

  • Proactively address questions, provide solutions, and support families in taking their first steps toward treatment with Embark.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles—healthcare or behavioral health experience is a strong plus!
  • Excellent verbal communication and crisis de-escalation skills.
  • A tech-savvy individual who can confidently navigate systems like Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • A calm, caring, and professional presence, especially when working with families in stressful or emotional situations.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
