  • Partner closely with admissions, clinical, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and timely transition into care.
  • Build trust with clients and families while navigating sensitive conversations with professionalism, confidence, and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay organized in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.
  • Provide clinical support as needed, including group facilitation, limited caseload coverage, and participation in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
  • Lead and support admissions growth by monitoring census goals, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping more individuals access quality behavioral health care.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Active California clinical licensure required (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
  • Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, including level of care evaluations, suicide risk assessments, and safety planning.
  • Comfortable building rapport with clients and families, navigating sensitive conversations, and discussing treatment recommendations and financial expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation, deadlines, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across admissions, clinical, and operational teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized professional who can balance clinical responsibilities, admissions goals, and census growth initiatives.
